YOUR COUNCILLORS WORKING FOR YOU

As a Resident's Association we would like to keep you informed by the councillors who are acting on behalf of their residents' ward. We don't wish this to be viewed as supporting any political party but merely to support those who support you. Our Newsletter will include information about individuals and their goals to support JSCH.

Coronation Events

Saturday on the Quomps we're holding a Fancy Dress Competition. See the poster for details. Let's make it a real FUN DAY on Christchurch Quay. Judging will be at 1pm.

Christchurch Scouting has scout groups across the whole district, including at Jumpers and Hurn. In Scouting we aim to give young people, from the ages of 4-17, opportunities to grow in confidence, learn to have a go and dream big, and to build skills for life. Behind them is a team of adults supporting and guiding them, and it is not only the young people who benefit from Scouts as it also boosts the confidence and wellbeing of our volunteers – and one of our rules is for everyone to have fun!
We are always pleased to welcome new volunteers – whether they want to directly support the young people or are more comfortable planning or supporting the adventures from the side lines, there is a role for everyone interested.
We are pleased to be helping at Christchurch Town’s Coronation Celebrations, running some scouting activities and doing a litter pick, and also at The Big Help event in The Priory.
If you are interested in getting involved, please email enquiries@christchurchscouts.org.uk
